Horaya International Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976, originally under the name Valentino Boutique Fukuoka Co., Ltd. The company was the first to operate as the boutique of the legendary Italian fashion designer, Valentino Garavani, in Kyushu, Japan. 

 

It is a source of pride for the company to have represented the preeminent Valentino collection for nearly 40 years and to be invited to Mr. Garavani’s final show in Rome preceding his retirement.

In 2010, the company name was changed to Horaya International Co., Ltd. to reflect its current wider operation as a company that participates in international events and handles products related to fashion, art, and culture.

In 2020, Horaya International Co., Ltd. launched ACCO, a jewelry brand that uses Iki's Akoya Baroque pearls, and was selected as the 2020 JAPAN brand sponsored by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency. ACCO is a mainly export company.  ​
